LOGOS Phase II supports Viti/Vitina and Hani i Elezit in assessing the current waste management system, training them on how to collect and analyze data, elaborating the integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP) in a participative way, developing a financial plan and monitoring system, formalizing the waste management plan, organizing an information campaign and implementing that plan.
